HEAD SECTION

  • 2-part cover made our of 10 gauge steel for an easy removal.
  • Shaft seals machined from polyethylene UHMW.
  • Drum pulley with a double tray SOFR* bulge, for intensive use.
  • Final alignment with vertical bolt spacers for easy assembly with support plates.
  • Level sensor to prevent back legging (rotary sensor).
  • Access hatch for maintenance on both sides.

BOOT SECTION

  • An iron framework structure supports the entire boot section.
  • Exterior ball bearing.
  • Belt tensioners use two standardized ACME corrosion resistant steel screws.
  • Shaft seals machined from polyethylene UHMW.
  • Hinged doors on both sides for visual inspection of the boot section.
  • Double drum pulley tray bulge for intensive use.
  • Cleaning doors easily accessible at both ends
  • The door on top of the base can be removed and/or adapted to connect to dust extraction equipment.
